The company under the name “SIMPLER GROUP LTD”, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, VAT number 800863970, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Simpler”), has partnered with Mastercard to establish a customer loyalty initiative called the “Mastercard Reward Program”.
1. About the Program
The Mastercard Reward Program provides all Shoppers registered with Simpler an instant 5% discount on the total cart value when making purchases using Mastercard cards directly, excluding any Wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) or alternative payment methods (Klarna, Paypal, Revolut Pay). The discount is automatically applied once a Mastercard card is selected by the Shopper, and the Shopping Cart displays a special (-5%) indicator, subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility

3. About the Reward
3.1. The discount amounts to 5% of the Shopping Cart total and is capped at a maximum of twenty (20) Euros per purchase.
3.2. The Mastercard Reward may be combined with other Simpler rewards, including Simpler Coins, Coupons, or similar offers. In such cases, Simpler currently applies Coupons first, Simpler Coins second, and finally, the MasterCard discount is calculated on the remaining Shopping Cart total.
3.3. Shoppers are reminded that participation in all reward programs is optional and subject to Simpler’s discretion.
3.4. Shipping and other additional costs are not subject to a discount.
3.5. The Company reserves the right to withhold rewards or benefits related to Simpler Coins if the transaction is conducted for business, commercial, or professional purposes.
4. Validity Period
4.1. This Reward Program will remain in effect at the Company’s discretion and may be continued or terminated at any time.
4.2. This Reward cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, inherited, or transferred to third parties, unless the Company decides otherwise.
5. Amendments
5.1. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Program at any time, including the discount amount and the method of applying the discount. Users are encouraged to regularly check the Company’s official website for updates on the Program's terms and the latest version of the Reward Program. Participation or redemption of rewards after any modification will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
