The company under the name “SIMPLER GROUP LTD”, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, VAT number 800863970, (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Simpler,” “we,” or “us”), is promoting its services through a customer reward program named “Simpler Coins” (hereinafter referred to as the “Reward Program”). The present terms govern the relationship between Simpler and Seller (hereinafter referred to as "Seller", or "you"). Sellers registered in Greece are contracted with the subsidiary of Simpler under the name "Simpler Single Member P.C", based in Greece. Hence, the Terms are applicable as between you and the specific Simpler entity designated according to your jurisdiction. The present Terms and Conditions are incorporated in the Terms & Conditions for Sellers accessible here.
The Seller acknowledges and accepts that Simpler has the right to initiate reward programs and campaigns, in which the Sellers are presumed to participate. If the Seller does not wish to participate in a Reward Program, they must notify Simpler via email at support@simpler.so.
The Mastercard Reward Program enables all users registered with Simpler (hereinafter referred to as"Shoppers") to earn a 5% discount on their purchases when using Mastercard cards for payment, either directly or via digital wallets (e.g.,Google Pay, Apple Pay). This discount applies to all Shoppers, subject to the specific Terms and Conditions for Shoppers (hereinafter referred to as “Shoppers Mastercard Terms”), which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
For clarity, Shoppers who choose to use Mastercard cards and meet the conditions outlined in the Shoppers Mastercard Terms are entitled to a 5% discount. In these cases, the Seller will receive the full product price as listed in their Store, while Simpler will cover the price difference on behalf of the Shopper.
It is possible that Simpler may assign the payment of the remaining amount to a third party without the Seller’s consent. In this case, Simpler is liable to compensate the Seller for any amounts that were to be paid by the third party.
The Seller acknowledges and agrees that the collection, redemption, calculation, and implementation of Simpler Coins are solely at Simpler's discretion. The Seller shall not interfere with, alter, or modify any of these processes.
All claims, questions, complaints, clarifications, or any other issues arising from Shoppers related to Simpler Coins are the sole responsibility of Simpler.
All claims, questions, complaints, clarifications, or any other issues related to the amount paid by Simpler or third parties, as referenced above, must be submitted directly to Simpler via email at support@simpler.so . Such matters should not be communicated to the Shopper.
Sellers who opt out of participating in the Mastercard Reward Program will not be subject to these Terms and Conditions. However, the remaining clauses of the Sellers' Terms and Conditions will still apply. Simpler reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Reward Program at any time at its discretion.
